STAR - a copper coated continuous solid wire for MIG/MAG welding. 

 

MIG/MAG welding is a semi – automatic process using CO2 / Argon or mixture of these as shielding gas. Since CO2 is the most commonly used shielding gas, it is also referred to as CO2 Welding.
